We understand that plans can change. However, since Dikvijay.com works with multiple verified operators, each having their own terms, our general cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations by the Traveler:
   • If you cancel your tour before confirmation, no charges apply.
   • Once a booking is confirmed and payment made, cancellations are subject to the respective operator’s policy.
   • Most bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
2. Cancellations by the Operator:
   • In the rare event of a cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.), the operator may offer an alternate date or partial refund, as per their discretion.
3. Force Majeure:
   • Dikvijay.com is not responsible for cancellations caused by natural calamities, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond human control.
4. Communication of Cancellation:
   • All cancellations must be sent in writing via email or through the official communication channel of Dikvijay.com.
