  3. Cancellation charges apply to all services including tour packages, transport bookings, accommodations, and activities.
  4. The date of cancellation is considered from the time we receive your written request.
  5. Booking fees and service charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.

  1. Bookings made during peak seasons, festivals, or long weekends are non-refundable.
  2. Flight/train/cruise tickets are non-refundable once booked, as per carrier policy.
  3. No refund will be provided for:
    • No-shows
    • Delayed arrivals
    • Unused services
    • Early departures
  4. Hotels, sightseeing, and transport services unused due to change in personal plans are non-refundable.

๐Ÿ”น Force Majeure & Special Circumstances

  1. In cases of natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, lockdowns, or pandemics:
  • No refund is guaranteed.
  • We will attempt to reschedule or offer a credit voucher based on supplier flexibility.
  1. We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by:
  • Airline/rail cancellations
  • Visa rejections
  • Denied boarding or immigration issues

๐Ÿ”น Modifications Instead of Cancellation

  1. If you wish to postpone or reschedule your tour:
  • You must notify us at least 15 days in advance.
  • Rescheduling will be subject to availability and applicable charges.
  • Price difference may apply based on new travel dates.

๐Ÿ”น Refund Process

  1. If a refund is applicable:
  • It will be processed within 10โ€“15 working days.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment source.
  • Bank charges, taxes, and gateway fees are non-refundable.
  1. We do not provide cash refunds.

๐Ÿ”น Third-Party Bookings

  1. Cancellations involving third-party vendors (hotels, airlines, transport providers, etc.) will follow their specific cancellation policies.
  2. Any refund/credit will be subject to their approval and processing timeline.
  3. Dikvijay Tour and Travels acts only as a facilitator and cannot override third-party rules.

  1. Group cancellations are handled differently. Separate terms will apply as per the agreement.
  2. Group cancellations made less than 15 days prior to departure are non-refundable.

  1. It is the travelerโ€™s duty to:
  • Carefully read cancellation terms before booking.
  • Understand time limits and financial implications.
  • Review supplier terms (flights, hotels) before confirming.
