Dikvijay.com operates as a travel intermediary between customers and verified tour operators. As such, we do not process or issue refunds directly.

  1. No Refund Policy:
    • Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
    • Refunds, if any, are strictly based on the policies of the respective tour operator and are subject to their internal review.
  2. In Case of Operator Default:
    • If a verified operator fails to deliver the confirmed service due to their own fault, Dikvijay.com will assist the traveler in resolving the issue by facilitating direct communication but cannot guarantee any monetary refund.
  3. Unutilized Services:
    • No refunds will be provided for unused hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, or transportation resulting from late arrivals, early departures, or missed activities.
  4. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes or refund-related concerns must be addressed directly with the tour operator. Dikvijay.com may provide mediation support but holds no financial liability.
