By booking or using any services offered by Dikvijay Tour and Travels, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


🔹 General Terms

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Dikvijay Tour and Travels.
  2. By confirming a tour, you acknowledge and accept all policies listed herein.
  3. All prices and services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
  4. The company reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking without assigning a reason.
  5. Services are offered as per availability and government regulations at the time of travel.
  6. Any changes to these Terms will be communicated on the website or via email.
  7. Continued use of services implies consent to any updates in these Terms.
  8. The company operates in accordance with Indian law and all legal disputes shall fall under its jurisdiction.
  9. Any miscommunication due to incomplete contact details is not the company’s responsibility.
  10. These terms are valid across all channels — website, offline agents, social media, and calls.

🔹 Booking & Payment

  1. A minimum advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
  2. Full payment must be made before the trip begins unless otherwise agreed.
  3. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, credit card, or online gateways.
  4. Booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of acknowledgment from the company.
  5. Partial payments may be subject to change in rates or availability.
  6. Quotations are valid for a limited time only and may change without notice.
  7. Service charges and GST are applicable as per Indian law. (optional)
  8. Exchange rates may affect international package prices.
  9. Add-on services must be paid for separately and in advance.
  10. Failure to make timely payment may lead to cancellation of services.

🔹 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter). (conditions applied)
  2. Cancellation charges apply based on the timing before the travel date.
  3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-15 working days.
  4. No refund will be issued for “no shows” or unused services.
  5. Government tax and third-party booking charges are non-refundable.
  6. Cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest are subject to special clauses.
  7. Refunds are processed to the original payment source only.
  8. Partial refunds are issued only for services not yet rendered.
  9. Cancellation charges vary by airline, hotel, or third-party provider.
  10. No refund for discounted, promotional, or flash-sale packages.

🔹 Changes & Rescheduling

  1. Clients may request date changes at least 7 days prior to travel.
  2. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  3. In case of unforeseen disruptions, Dikvijay reserves the right to revise itineraries.
  4. Hotels, vehicles, and flights may be changed with equivalent alternatives.
  5. Price changes may apply if the new date is in a peak season.
  6. No changes will be allowed within 48 hours of the scheduled start.
  7. Changes due to client health or emergency must be documented.
  8. Delays or changes in transportation do not entitle refund claims.
  9. The company may cancel a trip due to low bookings or uncontrollable circumstances.
  10. If the company cancels a tour, a full refund or alternative date is offered.

🔹 Travel Documents & Requirements

  1. Clients must carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.).
  2. For international tours, valid passport and visa are mandatory.
  3. Visa processing is subject to approval by the consulate, and the company holds no influence.
  4. The company is not responsible for denied visas or entry refusals.
  5. It is the client’s responsibility to verify COVID or health-related travel rules.
  6. No compensation is due if a trip is affected by incomplete documents.
  7. Foreign nationals must follow additional compliance as per Indian regulations.
  8. Vaccination certificates may be required for some tours.
  9. All documents must be original and current; expired IDs are not accepted.
  10. Children must travel with parent/guardian consent and documents.

🔹 Liability & Responsibility

  1. Dikvijay Tour and Travels acts as an agent and is not liable for third-party failures.
  2. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, loss, or damage during travel.
  3. Any personal belongings lost during the trip are not the company’s responsibility.
  4. Clients are advised to carry their own insurance for health, luggage, and travel.
  5. The company shall not be liable for acts of God, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics.
  6. All activities are undertaken at the client’s own risk.
  7. Parents are responsible for children throughout the tour.
  8. The company is not responsible for any damage caused by clients to third-party property.
  9. Force majeure clauses apply in unavoidable circumstances.
  10. Any claim for damages must be submitted within 7 days of tour completion.

🔹 Code of Conduct

  1. Travelers must follow local laws, customs, and instructions of the tour guide.
  2. Misbehavior, abuse, or violence toward staff or others will lead to termination of services.
  3. No illegal substances or weapons are allowed during the trip.
  4. Public intoxication or endangering behavior may result in removal from the tour.
  5. Clients must respect hotel policies, vehicle rules, and group timelines.
  6. Tour leaders have the right to take disciplinary action for group safety.
  7. Smoking or drinking in non-designated zones is strictly prohibited.
  8. Travelers must not engage in environmental damage or animal harm.
  9. Repeated late reporting may lead to skipped activities without refund.
  10. Complaints must be raised respectfully and with proper documentation.

🔹 Accommodation

  1. Hotels will be booked as per chosen package tier (Standard, Deluxe, Luxury).
  2. Rooms are typically twin-sharing unless otherwise stated.
  3. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel policies.
  4. Room upgrades are chargeable and must be requested in advance.
  5. Hotel availability is subject to seasonal demand.
  6. Any damage to hotel property by the guest will be chargeable.
  7. Complimentary services are subject to hotel discretion.
  8. Accommodation in remote areas may have basic amenities.
  9. Food menu and room view preferences are subject to availability.
  10. No refund if client decides to leave hotel early by personal choice.

🔹 Transportation

  1. Vehicles provided are clean, insured, and well-maintained.
  2. Vehicle type is based on group size and selected package.
  3. AC services may be turned off in hilly or restricted zones.
  4. Drivers will follow legal speed limits and road safety norms.
  5. Extra kilometers or detours not in the itinerary may incur charges.
  6. Delays due to traffic or weather are not the company’s fault.
  7. Night travel is limited for safety unless agreed upon.
  8. Clients must wear seatbelts where applicable.
  9. No smoking or eating inside vehicles.
  10. Luggage space may be limited; travelers must pack accordingly.

🔹 Special Services & Add-ons

  1. Requests for wheelchairs, baby seats, or dietary needs must be made in advance.
  2. Premium services like candlelight dinners or helicopter rides incur extra charges.
  3. Festival or seasonal tours may include special surcharges.
  4. Some activities may be weather-permitting and non-refundable.
  5. Excursions outside the itinerary are chargeable and subject to guide approval.
  6. Group discounts apply only for full group bookings through one contact person.
  7. Photography and videography services are available at additional cost.
  8. Entry tickets for monuments or parks may be excluded unless specified.
  9. Any medical assistance arranged will be at client’s expense.
  10. Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not included unless specified.
